Many years ago, I used to spend my lunchtimes sat on a bench in a city centre park (eating my home-made sandwiches) watching the world go by! I still  love a municipal garden /park to this day (big or small)!

This piece was inspired by such a place and has been knocking around in my head for sometime.

Its initial firing fixed the delicate glass powder backgroun, dand the subsequent firing enabled the tree foliage to retain a raised profile.
