Cute bowl showing the amazing reactions that can occur between certain colours of glass.
 
The blue glass contains copper and the cream glass contains sulphur & selenium, where the two meet these elements react giving a dark edge around the blue splodges.
 
It’s always wonderful to open the kiln and see exactly what reaction has occurred: I certainly have limited control over it!
 
The bowl measures approximately 13cm in diameter.
